Common questions

How does the photo part work?

After checkout, reply to your order confirmation email with your favorite photo of your pet — clear, front-facing, good light, one pet in frame. A phone photo works perfectly. We take it from there.

Is my photo good enough?

If you can see their face clearly, yes. If your photo will not embroider well, we will ask you for a different one — or refund you in full.

Is it really embroidered?

Yes — dense, raised, real-thread embroidery that is part of the towel, never a print. Zoom into the product photos: the texture is the whole point.

How long does it take?

Every towel is made to order in one small stitching batch each week. Typical delivery is 3 to 4 weeks from your order, and we email tracking the moment it ships. If your occasion is sooner than that, we would rather tell you now than disappoint you.

Can I put two pets on one towel?

Each towel features one pet — their portrait and their name. For two pets, two towels hang beautifully side by side.

Can I change the name after ordering?

Yes, as long as your towel has not entered the weekly stitching batch (batches close Sunday night). Reply to your confirmation email with the exact spelling — up to 12 characters.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund any time before your towel enters the weekly stitching batch, no questions asked. After production starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded — except damaged or lost in transit, which we always replace free.

Do you ship outside the US?

US only right now, and shipping is free on every order.
