Terms of Service

By ordering from Wag & Weave, you agree to these terms. They are short because our promises are simple.

Custom goods

Every towel is made to order from a photo of your pet and personalized with their name. After checkout, you send us your photo by replying to your order confirmation email.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your towel enters the weekly stitching batch. After that, production has started on a personalized item and orders cannot be canceled or refunded, except for items damaged or lost in transit, which we replace free.

Typical delivery is 3 to 4 weeks. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees; we always email tracking when your order ships.

Thread colors may vary slightly from your screen. Small stitch variations are part of real embroidery, not defects.

Your photo

You confirm you have the right to use any photo you send us. We use it only to create your embroidery design, never for marketing without your explicit permission. If we cannot embroider your photo well, we will ask for a different one, or refund you in full.

Payments and pricing

Payments are processed securely by Shopify. Prices and shipping shown at checkout are final for that order.

The boring but necessary part

This site and its content belong to Wag & Weave and may not be copied for commercial use. The service is provided as-is; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
